Shipping

Monroe & Kent Home delivers most orders within 2-10 business days from the date your order is shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Custom orders are excluded from this time promise. Your Monroe & Kent Home team member will inform you of the approximate lead time at the time of purchase.

You will receive an email confirming your order at the time it is placed, and then a second email when your order ships which will contain tracking information.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Certain items, including all furniture products are not available to residents of Hawaii or Alaska owing to shipping restrictions or excessive freight charges.
In the event that we receive an order for furniture products or any merchandise that is greater than 70lbs in weight from either Hawaii or Alaska, it will be canceled and the card authorization will be released.

Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your bank or card statement.

Supplemental Shipping & Handling Charges: Supplemental shipping & handling charges may apply to certain items that are outsized or heavy. The supplemental shipping & handling charge, where applicable, will be mentioned on product pages and also shown at checkout as part of the final total.

Furniture Delivery: Furniture pieces weighing 70lbs or more will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) service. These orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from ship date. Please note that we will notify you once your order ships and provide you with information on who the trucking company is that is handling your delivery, as well as their contact information and the PRO or BOL number.

The trucking companies that we use will normally contact you 24 hours prior to delivery to provide a delivery window, however you are welcome to contact us or them directly for transit updates.

Furniture delivery is curbside or to the threshold only. If you wish to receive delivery to a specific room of your house, please select White Glove Delivery at checkout.

Please note, shipping fees incurred (where applicable) will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange that is not the result of an error or defect of Monroe & Kent Home.

Free Store Pickup: We offer the option for you to order online and pick up in store, or to order online for delivery to store. Orders placed online for pickup in store are typically available for you to collect after 2 hours, however you will receive an email notification as soon as the order is ready.

At this time, we do not offer furniture for in store pickup, unless it is an online order that is being shipped to our store. We do however regularly sell our floor samples, so if you have an urgent need, please call the store for assistance.

Orders placed online for delivery to store are generally available within 7-10 business days. Your local store will contact you as soon as your order is received into store for you to collect.

Exchanges + Refunds

If you change your mind, that's OK! We accept returns in store and online. To qualify to make a return, we ask that you follow these few rules:

  • Your return is within 30-days of purchase or 30-days of delivery (if purchased online).
  • Merchandise is in a new and unused condition with original tags (where appropriate).
  • Returns being made in store must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase, or packing/delivery slip (if purchased online).
  • Returns for online purchases that are not being returned in store must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please email hello@mandkhome.com for further assistance.
  • We regret that any initial shipping charges for online orders will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.
  • All gift card sales are final and non-returnable or refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We will accept merchandise back for an exchange within 30-days of purchase either in store or online.
  • Merchandise is in a new and unused condition with original tags (where appropriate).
  • Exchanges being made in store must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase, or packing/delivery slip (if purchased online).
  • Exchanges for online purchases that are not being returned in store must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please email hello@mandkstyle.com for further assistance.
  • Return shipping charges for exchanges are to be covered by the customer unless the exchange is as a result of our error.
  • If you received merchandise as a gift, you will need a gift receipt or a receipt to process an exchange.

Refund Policy

If you return an item or have exchanged an item for a lessor value product, we will issue to you a refund for some or all of the purchase price.

  • Refunds are always to the original method of payment used. We regret that without proof of purchase, we cannot issue you a refund and will only issue a store credit provided the merchandise is returned in accordance to the terms mentioned earlier in this document.
  • In store refunds take 3-5 business days to credit back to your bank debit card or credit card. Regrettably, this speed is beyond our control and determined by the bank or card companies agreement with credit card processors such as ours.
  • If you financed your purchase through one of our finance partners, your credit will show within one billing cycle and your payment will adjust according to the finance terms in place.
  • Refunds for merchandise that was ordered online and has been returned to one of our warehouses will be refunded within 7-10 business days of our confirmation of receipt and inspection.
  • Where a shipping charge was incurred, please note that this will be deducted from your refund, whether the return is made in store or online. We can only waive this in the event that the return is as a result of our error.
  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card.
