Raku literally translates as "happiness in the accident." Michael Wainwright has developed his Raku collection by interpreting the "accidents" for a modern table. Raku firing is one of the most natural techniques that one can encounter in pottery for spontaneous, one of a kind results.
Dishwasher safe but hand washing will prolong the finish, not for use in microwave.
